We pride ourselves on the traceability of the meat we use and use only meat and chicken from the farms where we can verify the handling methods, hygiene and disease management. We use vegetables grown locally in smallholdings where the producers are known to us. Some of our dishes use more exotic vegetables which need to be sourced elsewhere.

Our range of products is growing and we will soon be adding

desserts to our menu. As with all our meals, we follow the

Coeliac Society's guidelines and check our ingredients against

their safe list.

Our meals can be cooked from frozen, following the guidelines

on the packaging.

At present we can deliver personally to addresses within a 20 mile radius of our kitchen in Sussex (£20 minimum order applies) or, if you prefer, you can collect. We also offer a nationwide mail order service via Johnsons Dietary Provisions Ltd 0800 688 89 69. Our product is frozen and needs to be placed immediately in your freezer; please ensure you have enough space before you place an order.
