  I trained as a chef 20 years ago and know that when the freshest, finest

  ingredients are used, the taste is superb.

 

 The principles that I used when first starting my Company, are now maintained through my chosen larger scale production kitchen at Ferndale Foods.  As far as possible they continue to produce my products in the traditional way, substituting gluten and dairy free ingredients, without using artificial flavours.  In addition, the chicken and beef are sourced in the UK and for freshness and nutritional value, the meals are blast frozen for maximum shelf life.
