I trained as a chef 20 years ago and know that when the freshest, finest
ingredients are used, the taste is superb.
I use
locally produced beef & free range chicken. Pork & lamb are
sourced from
the
Farmers Meat Team which is a Sussex based farmers cooperative.
Seasonal
herbs
& vegetables are used where possible, grown two miles away, picked and
cooked on the same day.
I use traditional methods of cooking, substituting
gluten & dairy free ingredients without using any artificial flavours or
preservatives, yet still maintaining the taste of the dish. For
freshness & nutritional value, the meals are blast frozen which also
extends the shelf life.
Imagine eating a frozen ready meal without ever
worrying if there are any ‘hidden' ingredients to which you are
intolerant.
